Magnano was set up in 2013, as R&D and Manufacturer Company. Its main aim is to meet the industry requirements combining academic studies with industry needs. The Magnano team which has a great deal of experience in medical devices industry both develops its own R&D projects and implement material and process developments studies on project bases as a solution partner to their customers. Magnano has launched its high quality hydrophilic coatings solutions (For PU, PVC, Pebax, and Nylon11) which meet the requirements of ISO-10993 to the market. In addition to the hydrophilic coating Magnano meets the demands and the needs of its customers either setting up new hydrophilic coating process or improving the existing one (For both UV cure and heat cure) with its own designed machinery and equipment. Furthermore the hydrogels which have been designed by Magnano will be launched to the market soon.
