Magnano provides customers coating development, verification, coating process validation, coating system installation (both UV and heat curing), coating process development services, except as offering our products. This working is carried out with a confidentiality agreement signed mutual in advance by protecting both side's rights. All these services given under warrantee of Magnano.

Coating development: In addition to the sales of the solutions which have been described in Products section, Magnano can customize the existing formulas or improve new one according to customers' needs. The friction or integrity levels can also be adapted according to customers' needs.

Verification Studies: The Magnano team can be involved to the verification and optimization studies which will perform to verify that the hydrophilic coating solutions are applicable to the process and product. With this study can be defined the optimum process parameters, the safety process range, if the solution specifications meet the product needs and finally the consumption of solution can be set in minimum level.

Hydrophilic Coating Process Validation: Magnano provide service for process validation studies after new coating process set up or revision of existing one. This study includes IQ, OQ, PQ studies. These studies are performed together with customer. During the process validation Magnano will have the responsibility of IQ and OQ studies and will support the customer in PQ study.

Set Up Of Hydrophilic Coating Process: Magnano provide service for set up of new hydrophilic coating process. The process can be either UV cure system or heat cure system. All the machinery and equipment of the process systems are designed by Magnano and these systems are not standard. Designed through to customer needs. Magnano after design and install the system

Improvement Of Hydrophilic Coating Systems: Magnano provide service to its customers to improve the existing hydrophilic coating processes. These improvement studies are performed according to customer needs in order to increase the speed or efficiency of the process.
